You provide CAD drawings, ID designs, product project books, and other project requirements you provide, or our engineers design drawings according to your needs and provide preliminary suggestions, and then pay the mold fee and sample fee required for project development (this fee will be refunded to you after the order quantity reaches the negotiated quantity by both parties). We will provide a detailed project schedule, deliver samples on time, and start mass production after confirming the car radio samples.

First, we need to distinguish whether your car radio product is a regular stock type or a specially customized type:

(1) If it is a regular product and we have it in stock, you can purchase any quantity you need. 

(2) If it is a specially customized car stereo, the MOQ is 300-500PCS.

(1) If it is a mass order for an android universal car radio, we can complete it within 7-10 working days;

(2) If it is less than 3,000 PCS, a mass order of customized car multimedia, can be completed within 25-35 working days.

Carsiton has an independent software development department that can provide development of Android, Linux, MP5, MP3, and other products. 

It also has a professional laboratory for in-vehicle car radio players, equipped with high and low-temperature chambers, vibration test benches, ESD test benches, radio shielding rooms, and other testing equipment to ensure that every sample and the first piece before mass production is stable and reliable.

(2)LCD Size: 7-inch, 8-inch, 9-inch, 10.1-inch, 10.25-inch, 12.3-inch, 13.3-inch ect.

(1) Aftermarket: 18 months. Technical support is provided free of charge after 18 months, but accessories need to be purchased by the customer.

(2) Car factory projects: 1-3 years, depending on project needs and product budget.
